PAW Patrol is a media franchise built on the animated series created by Keith Chapman, produced by Spin Master Entertainment and animated by Guru Studio. The series premiered on Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. block in the United States on August 12, 2013, following a group of rescue dog puppies led by a boy named Ryder. The franchise has grown to include the long-running original series, now in its thirteenth season, the spin-off series Rubble and Crew, three theatrical films, numerous video games, live stage shows, and an extensive merchandise line, and ranks among the highest grossing media franchises of all time.
