Lucius David Syms-Greene (born David Brian Lederman; 22 February 1921 to 7 April 2003), known as David Greene, was a British television and film director, and also an actor. The atlas records him among the directors of the television miniseries Roots, whose episodes were shared between several directors, and among the directors of the anthology series Playhouse 90, so that the people who directed these landmarks of American television can be traced from the works themselves.
