Andrew Ayers Stanton, born in Rockport, Massachusetts, on 3 December 1965, is an American filmmaker and animator active since 1981. He is best known as the director and co-writer of the Pixar animated films Finding Nemo, WALL-E, Finding Dory and Toy Story 5. He also directed the live-action films John Carter in 2012 and In the Blink of an Eye in 2026, and he was co-writer on the first four Toy Story films. Within this atlas Andrew Stanton is credited as the director of WALL-E and Finding Nemo.
