Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo is a 2003 computer-animated film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and directed by Andrew Stanton, following an overprotective clownfish named Marlin who crosses the ocean to rescue his son Nemo after the young fish is captured by a diver and placed in a dentist's office aquarium. The film paired its ocean-crossing adventure with a forgetful blue tang fish, Dory, whose character proved popular enough to anchor a later spin-off film. Finding Nemo won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and, for a period after its release, was the best-selling DVD title of all time, and it is widely regarded as one of Pixar's most commercially and critically successful films.
