Don 2: The King Is Back, known simply as Don 2, is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language action thriller written and directed by Farhan Akhtar, the sequel to his 2006 film Don. Shah Rukh Khan reprises the title role of an international drug lord, alongside Priyanka Chopra as the Interpol officer hunting him, with Lara Dutta, Boman Irani and Om Puri in supporting roles. Set five years after the first film, the story follows Don's plan to seize control of Europe's counterfeiting trade by stealing currency-printing technology from a Berlin bank.
