Khatta Meetha, meaning Sour and Sweet, is a 2010 Indian Hindi-language political satire directed by Priyadarshan, a remake of his own 1988 Malayalam film Vellanakalude Nadu. Akshay Kumar stars as a struggling contractor, in his sixth collaboration with the director, alongside Trisha Krishnan in her only Hindi-language film role. The cast also includes Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani and Johnny Lever in supporting parts.
