The Last of Us (2013 video game)

The Last of Us is a 2013 action adventure game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3, set in a post apocalyptic United States overrun by people infected by a mutated fungus. Players control Joel, a smuggler hired to escort a teenage girl named Ellie, who is immune to the infection, across the ruined country. The game received near universal critical acclaim for its narrative, characters and design, sold more than a million copies in its first week, and was later inducted into the World Video Game Hall of Fame.
