A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence is a 2014 black comedy drama directed by Roy Andersson, a co-production of Sweden, Norway, France, Germany and Denmark, and the third installment in Andersson's Living trilogy. Built from mostly self contained tableaux rather than a traditional storyline, it loosely follows two traveling novelty salesmen, Jonathan and Sam, as they try to sell joke articles from their run down flophouse.
