Vive L'Amour

Vive L'Amour is a 1994 Taiwanese romantic drama directed by Tsai Ming-liang, starring Lee Kang-sheng, Yang Kuei-mei and Chen Chao-jung. The film follows three strangers, a columbarium salesman, a real estate agent and a street vendor, who each independently and secretly occupy the same vacant Taipei apartment, forming brief and largely wordless connections amid urban isolation. The film won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival and three Golden Horse Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director.
