Christopher Vincent Metzen is an American game designer, artist, voice actor and author, born on 22 November 1973. He is known for creating the fictional universes and scripts of Blizzard Entertainment's three major franchises, Warcraft, Diablo and StarCraft. Blizzard first hired him as an animator and artist, and his first work for the company was on the video game Justice League Task Force. Within this atlas Chris Metzen is credited as the director of World of Warcraft, StarCraft and Overwatch.
