Warren Beatty

Warren Beatty is an American actor and filmmaker born Henry Warren Beaty in Richmond, Virginia, in 1937, who has worked across six decades as both performer and filmmaker. He received fourteen Academy Award nominations, including four for Best Actor, for roles in films such as Bonnie and Clyde, Heaven Can Wait, Reds, and Bugsy. He won the Academy Award for Best Director for Reds, a 1981 historical epic about journalist John Reed and the Russian Revolution, and he also produced and directed Dick Tracy, Bulworth, and Rules Don't Apply.
