Encanto

Encanto is a 2021 computer-animated film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios, directed by Byron Howard and Jared Bush with Charise Castro Smith, set among the Madrigal family in the mountains of Colombia, whose home, a sentient house called Casita, grants each family member a unique magical gift except for Mirabel, the only member without one, who becomes the family's last hope when the magic protecting them begins to fail. Its songs, written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, including the unexpectedly viral hit We Don't Talk About Bruno, and its grounding in Colombian culture and setting distinguished it within Disney's musical animated features. It won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
