Who Killed Captain Alex? is a 2010 Ugandan independent martial arts action comedy written, produced and directed by Isaac Godfrey Geoffrey Nabwana through Wakaliwood, his ultra-low-budget studio in Kampala. The film tells of civil unrest that follows the assassination of a Kung Fu-trained Ugandan soldier, Captain Alex, and became a viral sensation for having been made on a reported budget of well under 200 US dollars. Uploaded in full to YouTube in 2015, it has drawn more than ten million views.
