Rosetta (1999 film)

Rosetta is a 1999 Belgian coming of age drama directed by brothers Luc and Jean-Pierre Dardenne, following a teenager who lives in a caravan park with her alcoholic mother and relentlessly pursues steady work in an effort to escape poverty. The film was shot with handheld cameras and has no musical score, an approach widely noted by critics on its release.
