Deprisa, deprisa is a 1981 Spanish drama directed by Carlos Saura, following a gang of juvenile delinquents in Madrid's impoverished suburbs as they carry out car thefts and armed robberies, and is considered a classic of the quinqui film genre. Cast largely with nonprofessional actors from Madrid's Villaverde neighborhood, it won the Golden Bear at the 31st Berlin International Film Festival and became the most commercially successful film of producer Elias Querejeta and Saura's fifteen-year partnership.
