The Cisco Kid (radio series)

The Cisco Kid is an American radio western that debuted on the Mutual Broadcasting System on October 2, 1942, starring Jackson Beck as the title character and Louis Sorin as his sidekick Pancho, adapted from the O. Henry short story character of the same name. The weekly series ran on Mutual until February 1945, was revived regionally on the Mutual-Don Lee network in 1946 with Jack Mather and Harry Lang in the lead roles, and continued in a syndicated version of more than 600 episodes broadcast from 1947 to 1956, making it one of the longest-running Western serials on American radio.
