ITMA, short for its catchphrase title It's That Man Again, is a BBC radio comedy series starring comedian Tommy Handley that premiered in 1939 and continued through most of the Second World War and after, built around rapid wordplay, running catchphrases and a large recurring cast of eccentric comic characters passing through Handley's various fictional offices and postings.
