Jerry Seinfeld

Jerome Allen Seinfeld, born April 29 1954 in Brooklyn, New York, is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, filmmaker and television producer known for observational comedy. He achieved stardom co-creating and writing the NBC sitcom Seinfeld (1989 to 1998) with Larry David, one of the most acclaimed and popular sitcoms in American television, for which he won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Television Series Musical or Comedy. He later created and produced The Marriage Ref (2010 to 2011) and Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee (2012 to 2019), the latter earning three Webby Awards. He co-produced and starred in the DreamWorks animated film Bee Movie (2007) and the Netflix comedy film Unfrosted (2024). His stand-up career includes four major specials beginning with Stand-Up Confidential (1987), and he has received a Primetime Emmy Award along with Golden Globe and Grammy nominations.
