Everybody Dies by the End is a 2022 American found footage comedy horror mockumentary, the feature debut of directors Ian Tripp and Ryan Schafer, shot during the COVID-19 pandemic at locations around San Diego. It follows a skeleton film crew documenting cult film director Alfred Costella as he makes what is billed as his last film. The film premiered at FrightFest on August 29, 2022, was distributed by Terror Films in 2023, holds an 83 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes from six critic reviews, and won three San Diego Film Awards including Best Ensemble Cast.
