Peter A. Ramsey, born in Crenshaw, California, on 23 December 1962, is an American illustrator, storyboard artist and filmmaker who has been active since 1988. He is best known for directing DreamWorks Animation's Rise of the Guardians in 2012, becoming the first African American to direct a computer-animated feature film for a major studio.
